Heather Shibley, M.D.
Chief Resident, Child Psychiatry
Heather came to Brown after completing her general psychiatry residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. Heather graduated AOA from Penn State College of Medicine. Heather is an active member of the American Psychiatric Association on the Dimensions of Disaster Committee. She has been named to the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry’s Task Force on Crisis and Disaster Preparedness.
Michael Wolfe, M.D.
Chief Resident, Child Psychiatry
Michael chose to continue his child and adolescent psychiatry training at Brown after he completed four years of his general psychiatry residency here. Michael received his MD at the West Virginia University School of Medicine. Michael recently spent a month in Kenya with a team of psychiatrist from the Department of Psychiatry at Brown, including the chairman, at the Moi University School of Medicine Teaching and Referral Hospital.

Maria Luisa Hincapie, M.D.
Maria completed her general psychiatry residency here at Brown and earned her MD at The University of Western Ontario.
Seema Shah, M.D.
Seema completed her general psychiatry residency here at Brown and earned her MD at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
Laura Whiteley, M.D.
Laura completed her general psychiatry residency at Brown. She also earned her MD from Temple Medical School.

Andrea M. Fritschle, M.D.
Dr. Fritschle completed her general psychiatry residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. She received her MD in from the University of Florida.
Jonathan Manaoat, M.D.
Dr. Manaoat completed his general psychiatry residency at the California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco, California. Dr. Manaoat received his MD at the University of California, San Francisco.
Todd Peters, M.D.
Dr. Peters recently completed his training at the General Psychiatry Residency program, Brown University. He earned his MD from the Pennsylvania State College of Medicine, graduating AOA.
Rotsna Pradhan, M.D.
Dr. Pradhan completed her Psychiatry training at the Institute of Living, Hartford Hospital, General Psychiatry program. Dr. Pradhan received her MD from Ghandi Medical College in India.
Xiangyang (Patrick) Zhao, M.D.
Dr. Zhao recently completed his General Psychiatry Residency at Case Western Reserve University MetroHealth Medical Center. He earned his MD from Norman Bethune Medical University, China and his MS from Shanghai Second Medical University in China.
