Biomedical Research (BMR) - biomedical laboratory research opportunities

Clinical/Public Health (CPH) - clinically oriented or public health-related programs

Industry (IND) - companies that have summer undergraduate programs

Marine Science (MAR) - opportunities in marine science

Minority Internship Programs (MIN) - Opportunities designed specially for minority students

Miscellaneous/Teaching/Journalism (MTJ) - Opportunties in Media, Journalism, Teaching, Public Service and others (but with a biological or health-related twist)

Naturalist (NAT) - Opportunities featuring fieldwork, ecology, botany and environmental education

Special Courses (SC) - Courses and special research programs (that usually requre you to pay tuition)
