Parking:
In order to arrange for a parking badge, please contact the Campus Planning
Office, Ambulatory Patient Center, Basement, Jacolyn Cookson, at 444-5094.
A refundable $25.00 deposit will be required when a badge is issued. The
badge will provide access to all employee parking lots.
Uniforms:
Short white jackets will be provided by Rhode Island Hospital's Uniform
Room, located on the third floor of the Annex Building. Instructions regarding
laundry, ect., will be provided by the Uniform Room. A $10.00 deposit is
required in check form. Your check must be made out to the Rhode Island
Hospital. Cash will not be accepted. It is recommended that you wear a
white jacket and a name pin.
On-Call Meals:
A meal card will be provided for students on-call. This card will entitle you to
an allowance for dinner the evening you're on-call for $3.00 and breakfast
the following morning for $2.00. The cards are green and located on the
rack outside the cafeteria for the departments indicated on each card.
Mail:
Mail is to be picked up at Brown University.
Security:
Please do not hesitate to contact the Security Department at 444-5221 if you would like a ride to your car.
