My clinical interests
have been in the field of gut immunology, gut infections,
and inflammatory bowel disease. I have a special emphasis
on inflammatory bowel disease and irritable bowel syndrome.
I am actively involved in the education of medical students,
medical house officers and GI fellows and offer an elective
in training physicians to manage patients with severe inflammatory
bowel disease.
