An introduction into modern approaches for structural biology. Special focus will be given to NMR spectroscopy methodology including recently introduced hardware, software and theoretical approaches. Examples for techniques will be discussed using selected structures recently solved using NMR Spectroscopy. Recommended for graduate students with interest in structural biology.
