Welcome to the Office of Diversity and Minority Affairs
WELCOME! The primary objectives of the Office of Diversity and Minority Affairs (ODMA), established in 1981, are the recruitment, selection, education, successful academic progression, and graduation of minority students from Alpert Medical School, and raising awareness about cultural competency and diversity. ODMA, in collaboration with the Office of Student Affairs, provides academic support programs for medical students and works with the Office of the Program in Liberal Medical Education to provide support for undergraduate PLME students. We encourage all students to stop by throughout the year to seek advice and assistance regarding academic or personal concerns!
