The Brown University Program in Fetal Medicine regroups academic specialists from various Brown-affiliated hospitals and  Departments to address diagnosis and management of fetal conditions in a comprehensive and unified manner.
The Program exists conjointly with the Fetal Treatment Program, a joint initiative between The Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University, Women & Infants' Hospital of Rhode Island and Lifespan (Hasbro Children's and Rhode Island Hospitals), and New England Medical Center (Boston), as well as the Multidisciplinary Antenatal Diagnosis And Management (MADAM) conference. Members of the Program in Fetal Medicine are clinically active and have various research interests. Click here for a list of recent publications by our team.  On May 5, 2001, the Program in Fetal Medicine, in association with the Departments of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Surgery and Pediatrics, organized a full-day symposium on the Brown University campus under the auspices of the Brown Medical School Office of Continuing Medical Education.
