We accept most major insurances in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Many insurance carriers require a referral form form the primary care physician; we will be happy to assist you with this. It is important that you bring verification of you insurance coverage and co-pay, if required, to your office visit.

Map to the MOC, Hasbro Children's Hospital and Women & Infants' Hospital

Hasbro Children's Hospital (HCH) is part of Rhode Island Hospital (RIH). The Medical Office Building (MOC) is located across the street from Hasbro, and connected with a walk bridge. The Prenatal Diagnosis Center (PDC) is at the end of Plain Street, far right on the map. Women & Infants' Hospital (WIH) is located on the corner of Dudley and Gay Streets.The Ronald McDonald House of Providence is located on Gay Street, across the street from WIH. Heading North on Interstate 95
Take exit 18. Bear left at the first light onto Thurbers Avenue, and at the next traffic light take a right onto Eddy Street. In about one mile, you will come tot he light at the intersection of Eddy and Dudley Streets.
To reach the Main Building or Jane Brown, continue straight through the light and take a left into the main entrance.
To reach the Cooperative Care Center, Medical Office Center, Ambulatory Surgery Center, Davol Emergency Department, Hasbro Children's Hospital or the APC Building, take a left onto Dudley Street and follow the signs.

Heading South on Interstate 95
Take exit 19 and bear to the right. At the end of the exit ramp is a traffic light at the intersection of Eddy and Dudley Streets.
To reach the Main Building or Jane Brown, take a right at the light and take a left into the main entrance.
To reach the Cooperative Care Center, Medical Office Center, mbulatory Surgery Center, Davol Emergency Department, Hasbro Children's Hospital or the APC Building, continue straight onto Dudley Street and follow the signs.

To reach Women & Infants' Hospital, continue on Dudley Street past Hasbro and Rhode Island Hospitals; Women & Infants' Hospital will be on the right, at the corner of Dudley and Plain Streets.
